Ferngale (proprietor: Mohd Shoaib, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India) runs ferngale.com. This page explains what we collect when you buy from us and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Email address: to send your download link and receipt, and to help you if something goes wrong.
• Mobile number (card and net-banking payments only): our payment partner Cashfree requires it to process the payment.
• Order details: order number, product, amount, and payment date and status.

We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details. Payments are handled by Cashfree Payments (RBI-authorised) or by your UPI app.

Who processes it for us

• Cashfree Payments: card, net-banking and UPI payments.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website and stores order records.
• Resend: sends the receipt and download email.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits (which page, which product, which website sent you) as plain daily totals, with no cookies, no IP address and nothing that identifies you. If you leave sound on or off, your browser remembers that one setting on your device; we never see it.

Instagram comments and messages

When you comment a keyword (for example CALM or 3D) on a post by @ferngalestudio, our own small tool reads that comment (the text, your username and the comment's ID) through Instagram's official API and sends you one private message with the link you asked for. It only reads comments on our own posts and never messages anyone who didn't comment.

We store only the comment's ID, for 30 days, so you never get the same message twice. We don't store your username, your comment text or any message content. The tool runs on Cloudflare; Instagram (Meta) handles the comment and the message on its own platform.

To delete your data: email [email protected] or send "DELETE" to @ferngalestudio on Instagram. We remove anything we hold about you within 30 days and confirm by reply. You can also delete your comment on Instagram at any time.

How long we keep it

Paid order records (order number, product, amount, date and your email) are kept for 8 years, the period Indian tax and accounting law requires, and are then deleted automatically. Orders that are never paid are deleted after 30 days. We pass your mobile number to Cashfree to open the payment page and do not keep it. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details, except records we must keep by law.

To delete your order data: email [email protected] with your order number. We delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep the payment record, and then we tell you why.
